The segment of Oceanic Drive between the SeaSide traffic circle and the second Moss Hammock Drive intersection has the speed limit reduced from 30 mph to 20 mph. The residents in this area have requested this change through the SeaSide HOA. The POA Safety & Security Committee reviewed the request and forwarded their recommendation, which received approval from the POA Board of Directors.

All other St. James roadways adjacent to the entrances of Club and recreational facilities have a 20mph speed limit. This section of Oceanic, fronting the SeaSide Pool, Signature Wellness Center and Tennis/Pickleball courts now has a 20mph speed limit too.
