The purpose of the St. James Dog Parks is to provide a safe location for dogs to run off-leash within the St. James Plantation.
Woodlands Park

St. James Drive Park
3620 St. James Drive | Southport, NC 28461 (next to the Chapel)Because the Dog Park at 3620 St. James Drive is adjacent to the Chapel, notices will be sent out in our POA publication, ‘What’s Up St James?” and posted when the Dog Park is closed because of an event being held at the Chapel. Reflection Park
4455 Regency Crossing | Southport, NC 28461 The park area is on the left side of the road as you travel towards the Regency Gate from Players Club Drive.
Waterway Park
2713 St. James Drive, St. James, NC 28461
The Waterway Park pavilion is a covered facility complete with picnic tables, lighting, electric outlets, and overhead fans. Brick grills and a drinking fountain are also on site. Restrooms are available seasonally. Located adjacent to the picnic area are two playground areas and a covered pier with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Woodlands Park, Gardens and Amphitheater

The Woodlands Park and Amphitheater facilities may be reserved by residents Sunday through Saturday.
Note: the amphitheater and pavilion can be booked separately.

The St. James Plantation has many beautiful ponds which highlight the settings of our homes. Ownership and maintenance responsibilities vary depending on the location of the pond.
