The Library
The St. James Library is leased by the St. James POA and is considered POA Common Property. It is open daily for Property Owner use. The Library operations are managed by a volunteer library board. The facility serves as a central location for books (hard cover and paperback), puzzles, books on tape, videos, etc. which the Board deems appropriate for sharing. The library is open 24-hours, seven days a week.
The Library Committee is responsible for maintaining the orderliness of the facility. Bins are provided for new donations and returns. No books over ten (10) years old or textbook, coffee-table books will be accepted. Property owners are welcome to donate and borrow items that are on display in the Library.
The POA is responsible for the maintenance of the Library Building.
